I spent December 2025 through April 2026 as their internal Executive Communications Advisor with company e-mail and Slack accounts.

When I arrived, the challenges that awaited me ranged from nobody knowing the brand narrative and the PR firm being siloed to hazy instructions to blockchain developers and the CEO's infrequent and indistinct social media posts.

This is what I accomplished while doing my 1:1 communications training with the CEO:

Trained marketing staff with my specially-written "TON Brand Playbook," featuring the company's three core brand messages as its centerpiece.

Set up
direct messaging channels between the CEO, PR firm, global hubs, marketing team, and myself to speed up projects and interactions.

Supervised external PR firm, giving them closer proximity to project pipelines, firmer deadlines and KPIs. Results = 20% more press coverage, including the best appearance by the CEO on a video interview.

Interviewed the CEO weekly on timely news topics, converted them into
 high-quality LinkedIn, X, and blog posts, boosting his followers by 18%.

Optimized marketing team meetings to maximize value and time -- launched two weekly 15-minute meetings: 1) "Problem Solvers" for unblocking obstacles and 2) "Writers Sync" for copywriting coordination. Weekly comms meeting cut from by one-third to 40 minutes and repurposed to focus on future strategies and executions.

Re-organized monthly all-hands events
to CEO opener (which I wrote), three 5-minute speakers and simplified decks to be global audience-ready.

Advised TON's community moderators how to handle difficult queries.

Wrote pilot script for video series introducing developers to TON's ecosystem with step-by-step instructions.

Shepherded my colleague's US college blockchain club tour from ideation to execution.
