Every tech executive and founder has to be fluent in three languages:
The language you speak to people INSIDE the industry.
The language you speak to people OUTSIDE the industry.
The body language that shows confidence to ALL those people.
You have to be understood clearly in all three.

However, the SECOND language is the one that decides whether you stay stuck inside your industry bubble or connect with potentially valuable investors, media, peers, and colleagues who live outside it.
Mastering it isn't about dumbing anything down. It's about simplifying, assuming nothing about what anybody knows.
The crypto world is a good example. Many leaders in that space are so deep down the rabbit hole, it seems they forgot how to speak like a normal human being. Good luck getting that panelist booked at a mainstream business conference, or on CNBC or Bloomberg TV.
It takes more discipline to simplify well than it does to lean on jargon you already know works.
Skip it, and you end up at a dinner party or on an interview where half the attendees glaze over while you talk.
Get it right, and you open doors to new opportunities.
That's why learning the third language is so important:
𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆.
