When tech and Web3 CEOs ask me why some people consistently draw more attention than others, I tell them it's the Von Restorff Effect:
In a world where everybody takes the path of least resistance blending into the background, take a different course and stand out.
These five communications tenets (aka "Drew-isms") is how you break out...

1) The most quotable people always get quoted.
2) People who have a game plan for interviews and execute them are always sought out by journalists.
3) The panelists and speakers who get audiences to take notes get invited back.
4) Have one core message that everybody can get behind.
5) All roads lead to the core message. Almost nobody is born with these tenets.
You have to learn them. That's what separates the notables from the onlookers.
